Return Policy

Hassle-Free Returns

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
• The return address will be provided by our support team depending on your location.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must use a trackable courier service.
• A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Cancellations are not accepted, but if you encounter any issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
• Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
• For incorrect items (e.g., wrong size or color), you must notify us within 3–5 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, under the same conditions as returns (unused, original packaging, trackable shipping).
• Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s expense unless the error is on our side.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Custom or personalised products (including play mats, wallpapers, posters, and any made-to-order items).
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
• Wallpaper samples (sample-only products).
• Digital downloads or electronic files.
• Perishable items such as flowers or food.
• Intimate or hygienic items (e.g., personal care products, undergarments).
• Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products, including certain furniture, wall art, and customised designs, are crafted specifically for you. Please note that these made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
