Proof of Delivery

Hassle-Free Returns
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
- The return address will be provided by our support team depending on your location.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must use a trackable courier service.
- A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Cancellations are not accepted, but if you encounter any issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
- Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Exchanges
