• Orders are typically delivered to your doorstep within 5–7 business days, no matter where you are in the world. Yes, we proudly ship worldwide.

Tracking Your Order

• As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is generated and your order is updated.
• You will receive an instant email notification with your tracking details to the email address provided at checkout.
• For a smoother delivery experience, we recommend providing your phone number at checkout so the courier can send SMS updates or contact you if needed.

Proof of Delivery

• Once your order is delivered, the courier’s tracking page will automatically update with the delivery status.
• Within 1 business day, a proof of delivery document is uploaded to the courier’s system, confirming that your parcel has been successfully received.

If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

While rare, if your parcel arrives damaged, we are here to make it right.

• Please contact us via live chat on our website or through the Contact Us form. Our team typically responds instantly and always within one working hour.
• To help us process your claim quickly, we kindly ask you to share photos of the damaged items.
• Once the return is arranged, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement item.

Hassle-Free Returns

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
• The return address will be provided by our support team depending on your location.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must use a trackable courier service.
• A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Cancellations are not accepted, but if you encounter any issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
• Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
• For incorrect items (e.g., wrong size or color), you must notify us within 3–5 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges
